When did you buy your iPad? How often do you use it? You dont want to be attached to it completely, but you do need to get your moneys worth. There are so many things you can do with your iPad that you should be getting more than your moneys worth. Keep reading to find out more.

To protect your sensitive data the iPad has a feature that will erase all data if the password is entered incorrectly ten times. To access this feature go to Settings and click Passcode Lock; then click Erase Data. This privacy feature will restore your iPad to its factory default settings.

Be selective about your notifications. Under the Settings menu, navigate to Notifications. Adjust the settings until you are satisfied with which apps trigger notifications and which ones dont. This keeps you from being nagged by rarely used apps. It also keeps important notifications from being buried by less important ones.
